Sponsored by the Department of Public Instruction, this conference provides local directors of special education and pupil services and other interested parties with opportunities to network with colleagues from around the state as well as consultants and administrators from the Division for Learning Support at the Department of Public Instruction. Presentations will include information about current issues and changes in state and federal policy related to meeting the needs of students with disabilities and students facing other challenges to success in school.

Registration

Registration on or before Friday, November 1 is $100. After Friday, November 1 registration is $140 and is available on a walk-in basis only.

Payment must be made by credit card or check; DPI is unable to process district purchase orders. 

In order to register for this event, you must create a DPI MyQuickReg account at widpi.myquickreg.com/register.

If you would like to register a group (more than one person on the same registration with the same payment source), contact Heike Saynisch on the Special Education team, heike.saynisch@dpi.wi.gov or 608-267-9237, to request administrative privileges. You will receive an e-mail or phone call when this is complete. Everyone in your group must create a profile/account at widpi.myquickreg.com/register, and select the same agency name (i.e. school district) in the Agency/Organization/School District dropdown.

Credit Card payments
Credit Card payments are processed online at the end of the online registration form. You will be redirected to the State of Wisconsin e-payment service. Complete the payment fields and press Continue. Review all of your payment information and click CONFIRM. This will complete your payment by credit card.

If you register and are unable to attend, you may substitute someone else. No refunds will be given.

Registration fee includes breakfast, lunch and refreshments on Thursday November 14, and breakfast and refreshments on Friday November 15.
